| Because we often cater to groups, call us for RATES. All accommodations have Kitchen Access 24/7, and virtually every element made a part of the Interior Decoration is tastefully unique. In all, Its “Bearly” believable! But remember, We are a Work in Progress, and there’s much to be done. Come stay and enjoy our Mountain House Dream, then come again to see our dream realized! |
Rates are for two people (plus applicable 10% room tax).

| There is a two-night minimum on weekends, and during June, July and August, and on the following holiday weekends: Christmas, New Years, 4th of July, Memorial Day and Labor Day, and over the Thanksgiving holiday.
•Exceptions are possible if booking pattern warrants. |
| 72 Hour cancellation policy applies two weeks during peak season and special events. |

| No Pets Unless Agreed to in Advance with the Inn Keeper for a $20.00 per night surcharge. |
| A one night's deposit is required to secure your lodging. |
| Check-in time is 3 p.m. If you need to check in later please let us know in advance so that we can make arrangements for your arrival. The Lodge is located behind several private gates, and up a steep road. We often arrange for transportation up the winding mountain drive to the Mountain House. Certain times of the year such transportation may be necessary without four-wheel drive! |
| Check-out time is 12 p.m. Guests not vacating units by 12 p.m., without Innkeeper's permission, will be charged a late check out fee equal to one night's lodging. |

| All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in a room will result in an additional $35.00 cleaning charge per night. Select Outdoor Areas Only, If You Must! |
| Theft or damage will result in an additional charge. |
| We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please check your room for personal items at departure. |
| Guests generating excessive noise or otherwise bothering other guests will be asked to leave immediately and will not receive any refund of lodging fees. |
| We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. |
| We are located in a natural California black bear habitat. Please do not approach or feed the bears. |
